You may update your shipping address before your order ships. Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the carrier (additional fees may apply).

We cannot ship to:

7. International Shipping

8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, etc.)
- Contact the carrier directly
- If not located within 48 hours, contact us for assistance
8.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@theordlnary.com
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
8.3 Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen:
- File a police report
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Contact us for assistance
We recommend requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.
9. Order Splitting
9.1 Multiple Shipments
Large orders may be split into multiple shipments to:
- Expedite delivery
- Optimize packaging and reduce shipping damage
- Ship in-stock items immediately
You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
9.2 Partial Shipments
If items are backordered, we can ship available items immediately and send the remaining items when in stock. Please contact us to request this option.
10. Special Circumstances
10.1 Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship on or after their release date. If you order pre-order items with regular items:
- Your entire order will ship when all items are available, or
- Request separate shipments (may incur additional shipping charges)
10.2 Gift Orders
We can ship directly to gift recipients. Please indicate this is a gift at checkout. We do not include:
- Prices on packing slips for gift orders
- Gift wrapping (unless specifically offered)
10.3 Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation may be required for:
- High-value orders
- Customer requests
- Packages requiring age verification
11. Peak Season Shipping
During holiday seasons and promotional events:
- Processing times may be extended
- Carrier delays are more common
- Order early to ensure timely delivery
- Cut-off dates for guaranteed holiday delivery will be posted on our website
12. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery will:
- Be held for 30 days
- Require payment of return shipping and new shipping fees for reshipment
- Be eligible for refund minus shipping costs if not reshiped
13. Insurance
Shipping insurance may be available at checkout for high-value items. Insurance:
- Protects against loss or damage during transit
- Must be purchased at time of checkout
- Cannot be added after order placement
